ACCIDENTS
PERSONAL INJURY
Construction Accidents
Construction areas are often some of the most
common settings for serious accidents because
they involve moving machine parts, hazardous
chemical spills, scaffolding collapses, slip
and fall from unsafe working conditions and
cranes. The resulting injuries are just as
wide ranging:
• Traumatic
brain injury
• Spine, neck, or back injury
• Paraplegia
• Wrongful Death
Even though construction companies are obligated
to meet certain safety requirements, too frequently
the safety engineers or safety programs are
insufficient.
Industrial Accidents
One of the biggest dangers to any refinery
worker are fire and explosions. Both of these
situations can also lead to inhalation of toxic
fumes.
Refinery owners are obligated to provide a
work environment that is properly maintained,
meeting safety and environmental guidelines
and regulations which are often insufficient
or not up to standard. |
